    Broncho Cheer Wins Regionals, Makes History

    I’ve started to think of my website as a little journal for myself, versus a place I particularly plan to share with others. I forget about it so often, then will find myself wanting to sit down and put together a post about something I want to remember. Well, our varsity cheerleaders winning Regional for the first time ever is certainly one of those things. On November 19th, 2023, our team of 15 won the Small Varsity Coed Game Day division at UCA Regionals. It was held at Hamilton Southeastern HS and we took home a score of 88.2.     Back to the Classroom: Teacher Style

    Back to the classroom after over 4 months off with my sweet baby Roan and favorite guy Lake- I am rounding up some of my work outfits here with focus on certain pieces that I think are amazing for moms who are going back to work after maternity leave.     As a high school kid, even bigger than my dream to teach was my dream to coach cheerleading, my beloved sport. It is the most dangerous sport in the world but also the most rewarding to me, as I have the honor of watching athletes tackle their fears and reach their dreams.     How Football Made Me

    From when I was born all the way up until my senior year of high school, every other fall Saturday was spent rising in the dark morning and driving down to West Lafayette, Indiana from Michigan to watch the Boilermakers. We had the dark years, we had the Joe Tiller years, we gained Hope and more than once we lost hope. I’ve watched the team change hands and I’ve watched the team change uniforms.
