Reliving our Spring Break trip to Disney World through pictures this week as I cry at work. Kidding. Kind of. We had so much fun with Lake and Roan, along with my grandparents and parents, a few weeks ago at Disney. Here are day-by-day photos, plus links to most outfits. Magic Kingdom {day 1} Roan’s ruffle bubble is inspired by the famous ride, It’s a Small World, which she loved riding. Lake’s shirt features the monorail, which he loved riding. Skelton Family Fall 2022
It has been such a wonderful experience working with Lindsay Konopa and Julia Wadsworth over the past year and a half. We started with maternity pictures last summer, then added Roan’s newborn session, a spring family session, Roan’s one-year photos, and one last family session to round out our series just a few weeks ago. Please check out Lindsay’s work here and Julia’s work here. I cannot rave about them enough. They are easy to work with, great with kids, and they both create such beautiful and REAL work. I can’t wait to work them both again.

A Roany Pony Party
We celebrated Roan’s first birthday pony style, complete with a real pony! Thank you to all of our family and friends for coming to celebrate with us. It was a gorgeous Saturday and Roan was such a happy girl to see so many people who love her. Plus, I think Scarlett the pony had a pretty fun night with all of the kids and carrots, too. Roan Turns One
On August 26th, 2021, our Roan Niles Skelton was born at 7:02 AM- the exact same time her big brother Lake was born. She has been a sweet, smart, and sassy little girl ever since. Happy happy first birthday to our favorite girl. Photos by Lindsay Konopa

Eggcellent Easter
We celebrated Roan’s first Easter and Lake’s third in the sunshine- I am thankful for the beautiful weather we had over the weekend because of course, we met Monday morning with snow. Lake’s pants and shirt are both from Janie and Jack. Roan’s outfit is from Marie Nicole.

Disney 2022
Lake’s second trip to Disney (at 2.5 years) and Roan’s first trip to Disney (at 7 months) was one to remember. Lake is very in to Toy Story so the Buzz Lightyear ride in Magic Kingdom and Toy Story Land in Hollywood Studios were his favorites, along with the Star Wars area at Hollywood Studios and all the “Sausage sandwishes” AKA cheeseburgers. Roan was such a little trooper and was the happiest girl all week. We all loved wathcing them both have fun. I am so thankful for these memories made with our kids, my parents, and my grandparents.
