Skelton Family Fall 2022
It has been such a wonderful experience working with Lindsay Konopa and Julia Wadsworth over the past year and a half. We started with maternity pictures last summer, then added Roan’s newborn session, a spring family session, Roan’s one-year photos, and one last family session to round out our series just a few weeks ago. Please check out Lindsay’s work here and Julia’s work here. I cannot rave about them enough. They are easy to work with, great with kids, and they both create such beautiful and REAL work. I can’t wait to work them both again.

A Roany Pony Party
We celebrated Roan’s first birthday pony style, complete with a real pony! Thank you to all of our family and friends for coming to celebrate with us. It was a gorgeous Saturday and Roan was such a happy girl to see so many people who love her. Plus, I think Scarlett the pony had a pretty fun night with all of the kids and carrots, too. Favorite Breastfeeding Support Products to Try
I listed the companies by Instagram handle below so you can check them all out! Some offer one type of product while others offer several different products, all intended to support milk supply. Please keep in mind that no product is one size fits all. Sometimes, what works for one doesn’t work for another. And, at the end of the day, the best things to do are drink water like crazy, take in enough calories, get rest, and support yourself with oats and a nice pat on the back. Eggcellent Easter
We celebrated Roan’s first Easter and Lake’s third in the sunshine- I am thankful for the beautiful weather we had over the weekend because of course, we met Monday morning with snow. Lake’s pants and shirt are both from Janie and Jack. Roan’s outfit is from Marie Nicole.

Disney 2022
Lake’s second trip to Disney (at 2.5 years) and Roan’s first trip to Disney (at 7 months) was one to remember. Lake is very in to Toy Story so the Buzz Lightyear ride in Magic Kingdom and Toy Story Land in Hollywood Studios were his favorites, along with the Star Wars area at Hollywood Studios and all the “Sausage sandwishes” AKA cheeseburgers. Roan was such a little trooper and was the happiest girl all week. We all loved wathcing them both have fun. I am so thankful for these memories made with our kids, my parents, and my grandparents.

Breastfeeding and Pumping Essentials
Breastfeeding is no joke. It is such a difficult thing to do in many ways- planning your day around feedings, figuring out what to do and how to pump when you have to be away from baby, storing milk, finding the best pump for you, etc. It’s a lot. With my son Lake, I was new to breastfeeding and felt like I learned something new every day about tips and tricks, what to do and not to do.
